Deposit for Custom Rose Quartz Ring

This listing is for the deposit on a custom ring, to be made in a size 7, in the style of the ring in these photos. I will do my best to match the ring in these photos, but due to the nature of handcrafting, slight variations are to be expected.

• Please note that I do not offer resizing after the stone is set. Most reputable locally owned jewelry stores should be able to resize this ring if you take it to them in person. 

• The natural, untreated rose quartz measures 10mm x 8mm.

• The ring will be made entirely with sterling and fine silver.

• Custom order process: After your deposit is received, I will handcraft your ring. Custom work typically takes approximately 4–12 weeks to complete, depending on my current workload. I will send you photos for your final approval before setting the stone. Any requested changes may require additional charges or may not be possible depending on the design. After completing any agreed changes, I will send more photos for approval. Once you approve the piece, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. After the final payment is received, I will set the stone and ship your ring fully insured, with tracking and delivery confirmation.

• Custom order policy: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you give your final approval and I set the stone, I will be unable to make further adjustments.

• Nonpayment and abandonment policy: Deposits on custom orders are nonrefundable. Once I send photos for your final approval, please respond promptly. If final payment is received without a separate approval response, payment will be considered approval to proceed. If I receive approval but not final payment, or if I receive neither approval nor final payment, I will hold your order for up to 90 days from the date I send the final photos. After that time, I reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.
