Shipping Fees

Shipping for all orders under $100 will include free insurance. For orders $100-400, you will have the option of selecting shipping with or without insurance + delivery confirmation. (The seller is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged packages when purchased without insurance.) The shipping fee for all orders over $400 includes insurance and delivery confirmation. 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order before shipping varies. Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If I am away from my studio such as during holidays or vacations, I may take up to 2 weeks to ship an order, so please check the welcome message at the top of the home page for any announcements of delay. Made-to-order items will take 1-2 weeks. Get in touch if you have a special request.

Estimated shipping times

These are shipping estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the speed of the services. Current events may also impact shipping times. 

Please check your country's current shipping status from the US before ordering. If an order is placed and I find that I cannot ship it for any reason, I will cancel and refund your order in full.

I can only ship to the original address provided during checkout. If you need to change the address, please get in touch with me. I will cancel and refund your order so you can place it again with the correct address.
