Returns

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back postmarked within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Any item except custom/personalized items, sale items, and gift cards may be returned, unaltered and undamaged. Payment Plan (layaway) payments or items may not be returned except as store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. 

If you choose a shipping option without insurance, I am not responsible for reimbursing or replacing lost or stolen packages. If your shipping rate included insurance, I will work with you to claim the insurance if necessary. Every order that is shipped will have a tracking number, so you can track the transit of trout order. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  

Personalized or custom items (if applicable) 
I can't accept the return of any item that has been made custom for you or altered to your specifications. I will work with you, however, to resolve any issues with the item.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable. However, they do not expire. 

Payment Plans (layaway)
Payment Plan (layaway) payments or items may not be returned except for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee. 

Exchanges or Repairs
I replace items if they are defective or damaged due to workmanship. If you need a repair on an item for any reason, send me an email here, and after talking with me, send your item to: Earrings by Eryn, 5223 Miller Avenue, Dallas TX 75206, United States. Repairs on problems not caused by workmanship, to be accepted at my discretion, will be charged an hourly rate. 

Returning Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Shipping a Return or Repair

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or repairing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't be responsible for a returned item that never arrives.

Refunds 
The refund on a return will be processed after I receive it and after I confirm that the item is in its original condition.
