Pendant with Lodolite in 18k Gold and Tanzanite

A rose-cut lodolite, or garden quartz, is cradled by the curved arm of a silver bail. The mossy landscape inside the crystal clear lodolite is encased by a warm 18k yellow gold bezel and complemented by a pale violet tanzanite. The top of the bail has an Art Deco pattern, and I have given the silver a patina and a shiny finish. 

• The natural lodolite is approximately 13mm x 10mm and the bezel is solid 18k gold.

• The natural faceted tanzanite is 3mm in diameter. 

• This pendant is approximately 1 3/4" tall by 1/2" wide.

• The sterling silver 1mm beaded satellite chain is 18" long. Other chain lengths and styles are available upon request.

• This piece (excluding the chain) was made entirely by hand in my home studio with sterling silver, fine silver, and 18k gold.
