Astrophyllite, a rare mineral not often used in jewelry, is set simply in a patterned bezel. More designs cover the back and bail. I have given the silver a patina and a matte finish.
• The natural astrophyllite is approximately 13mm x 10mm. Please note that the surface of the stone is not perfectly smooth, since the gold-brown astrophyllite has a different texture than the surrounding matrix.
• The pendant is approximately 1" tall by 1/2" wide, including the bail.
• The 1.1mm sterling silver rounded box chain is 18" long. Other chain lengths are available upon request.
• This piece is made entirely with sterling and fine silver.
